Gong Xiangqian, Professor, Doctor of Law (Institute of International Law, Wuhan University), postdoctoral fellow (School of Law/School of Public Administration, Tsinghua University), visiting scholar in University of Dundee, UK, University of Waterloo, Canada. He has published more than 50 papers in "Chinese Law", "Jurist" and SSCI index international journals. He has presided over research projects such as the National Social Science Foundation and the Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education, and has won many awards such as the First Prize of Beijing Higher Education Achievement Award and the Outstanding Achievement Award issued by China Law Society. He is currently the deputy dean of the Institute of International Dispute Prevention and Resolution of Beijing Institute of Technology.
