Shandong Xintai, a member of the Communist Party of China, focuses on water environment and air pollution, and is committed to the key scientific issues and technical research of separation material design and construction. The research content covers advanced membrane material design and large-scale preparation technology, forming a complete research and development system from membrane materials, membrane components and membrane technology. Presided over the National Natural Science Foundation project, National key Research and development plan sub-project, Hebei Natural Science Foundation project, GF Basic research special support plan, enterprise horizontal project, etc., in international academic journals, For example, he has published more than 40 papers in Chemical Engineering Journal, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Journal of Membrane Science and Desalination. More than 10 international and domestic patents have been applied for, and 7 patents have been authorized. He is also a director of the Beijing Membrane Society, a member of the Youth Expert Committee of the China Desalination and Water Reuse Society, and a youth editorial board member of "Water Purification Technology". He won the second prize of Beijing Institute of Technology Young Teachers' Basic Teaching Skills Competition, the second prize of National Petroleum and Chemical Education Excellent Teaching Team in 2021 (ranked 10th), and the second prize of China Petroleum and Chemical Education Excellent Teaching Achievements in 2022 (ranked second).
