Yang Suhui, female, born in April 1968 in Liaoning Province, Doctor, promoted to professor in 2012, appointed as doctoral supervisor in 2006. Since 1999, he has been engaged in the development of semiconductor laser pumped single frequency and dual frequency solid state lasers, single frequency and dual frequency fiber amplifiers, and human eye safe wavelength single frequency lasers for wind measurement and greenhouse gas monitoring. In recent years, research has been carried out in the fields of sun-pumped lasers, laser wireless energy transmission and laser applications in the field of clean energy.
Presided over and participated in a number of provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, including final assembly pre-research projects, National Natural Science Foundation, etc. He has published more than 50 papers in domestic and foreign journals such as Optics Express, Applied Optics, Laser Physics Letters, Chinese Physics letters, Optics Journal, Chinese Laser, etc. More than 10 papers have been included in SCI journals, and 4 papers with an impact factor greater than 3 have been cited by others more than 100 times.
One textbook has been published, and there are 1 graduated doctoral students, 3 overseas doctoral students, 16 master students, 3 current doctoral students and 4 master students. The doctoral student under his supervision won the 2012 Outstanding Doctoral Graduate Award of Beijing Institute of Technology. The master's student who directed has won the outstanding master's thesis award of the school three times.

Research Interests


1. Semiconductor laser pump single frequency and dual frequency solid state laser, for the first time to achieve the semiconductor laser pump single non-planar ring cavity efficient output of one of the development units. The research on 1 micron and 2 micron single frequency laser oscillator and fiber amplifier has been carried out and some achievements have been made. 2 micron and 1.6 micron eye safety single frequency laser source is the laser wind, carbon dioxide, methane and other greenhouse gas monitoring radar light source.
2. Dual-frequency solid-state laser and optical microwave radar. Large frequency difference dual-frequency solid-state laser has an important application prospect in the field of precision measurement.
3. The solid-state laser pumped directly by sunlight currently achieves the highest collection efficiency of 33W/m2 and the highest output power is 33W, which is in the world's leading level. Solar pumped laser has a wide application prospect in the field of space laser energy transmission, space solar power station and so on.
4. Laser space wireless energy transmission. The use of laser for space energy transmission has important applications in many fields such as guidance, unmanned aerial vehicle, space satellite charging, space solar power station, etc. At present, the laboratory has completed a demonstration system of 200 meters and 20 watts, and the light-to-point conversion efficiency has reached more than 45%, which is the leading level in China.
5. Optical dual-frequency coherent detection laser radar system. To achieve high precision ranging, speed measurement, imaging radar for target recognition.
