Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice President, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor at Beijing Institute of Technology. Jointly-appointed Professor of the "Changjiang Scholars Program" by enterprises and universities of the Ministry of Education, Young Top-notch Talent of the National "Ten Thousand Talents Plan", and Chief Technologist of the 173 Program Project. Also serves as a councilor of the China Invention Association, Vice Chairman of the Dual-Use Technology Innovation Branch of the China Defense Industry Enterprise Association, Committee Member of the Propellants and Explosives Professional Committee of the China Ordnance Society, and Committee Member of the New Materials Professional Committee of the China Chemical Industry Society.

Hydrogen Energy, Journal of Propulsion Technology, and Energetic Materials; published 1 textbook and 1 monograph; applied for over 60 national defense/national invention patents.
