He is a senior member of IEEE, and has served as member of the Antenna Society of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, vice Chairman of the Electromagnetic Scattering and Inverse Scattering Professional Committee of the Antenna Branch of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and Chairman of the IEEE Beijing Section Award Committee. The training students won the Beijing Institute of Technology excellent doctoral thesis, excellent master's thesis 2 people, the best student paper in international conference 1 time, 8 national scholarships for graduate students. IEEE Trans. on Antennas and Propagation, IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation, More than 100 academic papers have been published in professional journals such as IEEE Trans. on Microwave Theory and Techniques and other top journals, as well as in international and domestic conferences. As the project leader, he has presided over dozens of vertical and horizontal scientific research projects, including three National Natural Science Foundation projects. HEMS 1.0, a high-performance electromagnetic simulation software with independent intellectual property rights, is developed, which is mainly used for the analysis of the scattering characteristics of large complex electromagnetic targets, the analysis of large-scale antenna array characteristics, and the rapid analysis of the integration characteristics of antennas and radomes.
