Shi Liwei, associate professor and doctoral supervisor, School of Medical Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology. He is mainly engaged in the research of bionic robots, medical robots, soft robots, target detection and tracking, embedded real-time image processing, etc. He has published more than 100 academic papers in recent years. Among them, he has published more than 30 SCI papers (3 journal cover articles) in ROBOT CIM-INT MANUF, IEEE SENS J and IEEE SYST J, and 10 authorized invention patents. He has been funded by the National Science and Technology Academic Works Publishing Fund to publish 1 monograph and 4 books. He won the second prize of Technical Invention of Chinese Society of Electronics, the second Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Chinese Society of Automation, the second prize of National Robot Patent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the 2019 Highly Cited Paper Award of Journal of Bionic Engineering, and IEEE ROBIO Best Paper Award of 2016 International Conference on Robotics and Bionics (

Research fields: propulsion mechanism configuration method of bionic amphibious robot, multi-mode motion control of amphibious robot, dynamic motion control and continuous online monitoring of moving target, target tracking system framework, multi-instrument collaborative propulsion technology of vascular interventional surgery robot, main end force feedback technology of vascular interventional surgery robot, etc.
