Huang Lili, female, CPC member. Associate Professor, doctoral supervisor, Beijing Institute of Technology. His research interests include pathogen detection, single virus labeling and real-time dynamic tracer, construction and application of oncolytic virus engineering system. In Acc. Chem. Res., Nano Lett., Anal. Chem., Chem. Comm. And other internationally renowned academic journals have published more than 30 SCI papers.

The research group gives full play to the advantages of interdisciplinary integration and innovation in virology, biology, chemistry, immunology, medicine, etc., focusing on important scientific issues in accurate diagnosis and treatment of diseases, taking viruses as research objects, and developing a series of advanced detection and diagnosis and treatment technologies. Specific research directions are as follows:
1) Develop original innovative technologies for highly sensitive pathogen detection to improve the accuracy and timeliness of infectious disease diagnosis;
2) Establish a new method for fluorescent labeling of viruses, and dynamically trace the infection process in real time, so as to provide a basis for the interpretation of the infection mechanism of viruses and the development of corresponding drugs;
3) Construct an oncolytic virus with integrated functions such as optical/magnetic imaging, photothermal/immunotherapy, etc., to realize the application of intelligent diagnosis in vivo and multi-functional collaborative therapy.
