The team mainly focuses on research related to advanced functional membranes and chemical process enhancement. Recently, the team proposed a new idea of embedding crystal seeds in the polymer substrate and accurately constructing MOF nanosheet films by surface crystal induced growth method, and realized the hierarchical construction of highly flexible super-hydrophobic MOF films on the surface of the polymer substrate, and analyzed the crystal structure of the nanosheet and its internal mass transfer channel. The synergistic mechanism of polymer and nanolayer in the separation process was revealed, which broke through the bottleneck of flexible MOF membrane preparation and provided theoretical basis and technical support for large-scale preparation and application. The relevant research results are entitled "Highly flexible and superhydrophobic MOF nanosheet membrane for ultrafast alcohol-water separation". Presided over/participated in the National Natural Science Foundation, national key research and development program, post-doctoral level and enterprise horizontal projects; So far, he has published more than 30 papers in academic journals and conferences at home and abroad, applied for 10 patents, and transformed 1 patent achievement.
First, the microfoam-filled bed was constructed for the first time, and the hydrodynamics and gas-liquid mass transfer in the reactor were obtained.
Second, the liquid-solid fluid dynamics and mass transfer process of the microfoamfilled bed were characterized for the first time, and were applied to the process of xylose hydrolysis to furfural with remarkable results.
3. Recently, the evaluation method of gas-liquid-solid external mass transfer in a micro-foam filled bed was established and applied to intermediate nitrobenzene hydrogenation to aniline to achieve a fast, efficient, continuous and green synthesis process.
