Research Interests

The research field mainly focuses on the intersection of functional polymer materials, life science and energy, aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment and diagnosis of diseases, new energy storage materials, flexible electronic materials, etc., through the development of new soft matter functional materials. Research directions include: 1. Development of 3D printing technology to prepare hydrogel and ion gel microneedle patches for efficient transdermal treatment of diabetes and various skin diseases, as well as disease diagnosis; 2. 2. Develop the rapid preparation of high-strength nanocomposite hydrogels for instantaneous strong adhesion of bioadhesives; 3. Develop hydrogel energy storage phase change materials for cold chain transportation; 4. Develop new self-healing flexible conductive materials for smart wear; 5. Develop high performance humidity responsive materials for self-powered drive devices and generators.
