Facing the major strategic needs of the country such as carbon neutrality, energy conservation and emission reduction, the company is mainly engaged in research and development of new membrane materials, advanced functional membrane materials design, chemical process strengthening and other research topics involving chemical engineering, membrane science and technology, energy and materials and other interdisciplinary frontier fields. He has rich research accumulation in gas separation, biomass resource utilization, organic wastewater treatment, chemical separation device design and development. He has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Science Fund project, China Post-doctoral program, and university-level science and technology innovation activities special plan projects, and participated in 7 National key research and development plans, National Natural Science Foundation key projects and surface projects as a core member of the project. He won the 2020 "Beijing Film Society Outstanding Youth Achievement Award", the 2022 "China Petroleum and Chemical Education and Teaching Excellent Achievement Award" second prize (ranked fifth) and 2023 "China Chemical Society Science and Technology Award (Basic Research Achievement Award)" first prize (ranked third).
