Research Interests

He is mainly engaged in optical experimental research of low-dimensional semiconductor materials, and explores its application in the field of optoelectronic devices and quantum control by understanding the basic properties of materials such as band structure and spin properties. The specific research contents include the following aspects:
1. The basic properties of spin and valley degrees of freedom in low-dimensional materials and their heterogeneous structures and their interactions with light;
2. Exciton-related many-body effect in novel two-dimensional materials and its application scheme;
3. Design and construct composite structures based on two-dimensional materials and explore novel physical phenomena therein.
