Distinguished Professor of Beijing Institute of Technology, doctoral supervisor, Doctor of Management, Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor of Ministry of Education (2021). He is currently Dean of the School of Management, Deputy Director of the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Studies, and Dean of the School of International Organization Innovation. He is also the deputy director of the Carbon Emission Reduction Project Management Committee of China Coal Society, the deputy director of the Energy Economy Branch of China "Double Law" Research Society, the academic leader of the Beijing Key Laboratory of "Energy Economy and Environmental Management", and the deputy director of the Philosophy and Social Science Base of Beijing "Research on Sustainable Economic and Social Development". He has been engaged in the research of green and low-carbon economy for a long time, and has presided over more than 30 scientific research tasks such as key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and key special projects of the National research and development plan "Science and Technology Winter Olympics"; More than 100 papers have been published, of which more than 60 are included in SCI/SSCI; Published 10 monographs; Approved the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology 14th Five-Year Plan textbook 1; Won 8 provincial and ministerial awards, including first prize; Won 1 first prize of National education achievement and 1 first prize of Beijing Education Teaching achievement; More than 20 authorized patents; More than 30 software Copyrights; As a major contributor, more than 20 policy proposals such as "Countermeasures and paths to achieve the target of carbon peak" were submitted, many of which were attached importance by the Central Office and the State Office. He has been selected as the Young Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education (2018), the Party Representative of the 13th Beijing Party Congress (2022), the Beijing Excellent Doctoral Thesis Advisor (2022), and the Beijing Excellent Graduate Tutor (2023).
