摘要
A flame retardant waterborne polyurethane was synthesized through incorporating bromine containing groups into the polyurethane structure in the chain-extension step. The obtained products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and 13C-NMR, and the flame retardancy of the polymers were determined by limiting oxygen index (LOI). Thermal properties of the polymers were investigated by TG, and were evaluated by DSC, The results show containing 15%DBNPG in prepolymer, the LOI of the dry film reaches 29.6%, and the thermal stability enhances compared with the polyurethane without DBNPG. Microphase separation shows some corresponding changes with the increasing content of DBNPG.
