摘要
The spectral correlation function (SCF) is an efficient tool for analyzing the cyclostationary signals. In a low signal-to-noise (SNR) condition however, spectral lines associated with the signal chip rate in SCF may be corrupted. The most general measurements of SCF are based on average method to diminish the effect of noise. Here the noise's contribution is discussed, and a new method to the estimation of parameters of modulated signals is brought forward.
