Simulation Analysis of Heat Pump Air Conditioning Control Strategy for Electric Vehicles Based on Compound Defrosting Technology

摘要

In order to optimize the traditional switch control method of electric vehicle heat pump air conditioning system, the fuzzy PID compound control method is proposed, and the variable air volume control is used to replace the traditional constant air volume control. Defrosting is an important part of heat pump air conditioning heating process. In view of the deficiencies of the existing thawing methods, a composite thawing scheme is proposed. In MATLAB/Simulink, a load model, a compressor model, a heat exchange model, a temperature calculation model and a controller model are established. The fuzzy-PID, fuzzy control, PID control and traditional switch control are simulated and compared, which proves the superiority of the proposed control method. The fuzzy-PID control method and variable air volume control proposed in this paper play an important role in reducing the energy consumption of electric vehicle heat pump air conditioning system and are of great significance to improve the mileage of electric vehicles.
