abstract = "We prepare orthorhombic CoSb monolayer films on SrTiO3(001) substrate by molecular beam epitaxy and observe symmetric gap around the Fermi level with coherence peaks at ± (6-7) meV by in situ scanning tunneling spectroscopy. Ex situ magnetization measurements of the films protected by Te and Si films consistently reveal a diamagnetic transition at 14 K. These results suggest the occurrence of superconductivity in orthorhombic CoSb monolayers on SrTiO3(001).",
