N2 - As a new generation of host molecules, Cucurbitins have made remarkable achievements in host-guest chemistry, molecular recognition, molecular assembly, catalysis, separation detection, energy and so on. It has become a hotspot in supramolecular chemistry research. The advance of cucurbit[n]uril analogues, including glycoluril derivatives, hemicucurbit [n] uril, "handle shape" cucurbit[n]uril and heterocucurbit [n] uril is reviewed. Further researches of cucurbit [n] uril analogues are also discussed.
