Research on pressure control algorithm for flow adjustable gas generator

摘要

The operating principle of flow adjustable gas generator was analyzed. Steady and dynamic model of operating process were derived. The transfer function of gas generator at dynamic-state was gained and influencing factors on gain and time parameter of the system were analyzed. The results show that the dynamic model of gas generator is a variation parameters system. Based on the analysis of the result, a feed-forward adaptive PID control algorithm was designed, which could overcome the instability induced by the variation parameters of the system, and improve the response speed and control accuracy of system. Numerical simulation results show that the feed-forward adaptive PID control, compared with traditional PID control, has better dynamic performance and stronger robustness.
