摘要

To deal with maintenance correlation of parallel structure with same elements in repairable system, a new method that parallel structure is equivalent to one element and then its reliability parameters are calculated is presented. GO method is firstly used in steady-state availability analysis and qualitative analysis for Hydraulic Transmission Oil Supply System (HTOSS) of Power-shift Steering Transmission with a parallel structure under two conditions of low-speed and high-speed. System success probability is calculated respectively by direct algorithm, approximate algorithm and accurate algorithm with shared signals. All system minimal cut sets and failure probability importance degree are obtained by GO qualitative analysis. Compared with FTA and Monte Carlo simulation, the results show that GO method can be used in reliability analysis of Hydraulic Transmission Oil Supply System effectively.
