Product Function Module Analysis Method for Improved Innovative Design

摘要

Complex and diverse product information and rapidly-iterated market competition context are common in the current product design areas. As such, the improved and innovative conceptual design based on existing products has become a major challenge facing product designers and enterprise RD departments. On the basis of product function module CFG matrix library and technology evolution route library established in the previous research, this paper proposes an analysis method for improving the functional modules of innovative target products. By expounding template CFG search based on similarity calculation and rule-based inspiration CFG recommendation, this paper aims to stimulate designers for improved innovations. The feasibility and high efficiency of the proposed method are verified by the bicycle adjustment module.
