摘要
With the Johnson-Holmquist constitutive ceramic model and Lagrangian algorithm, computations are presented for the simulated EFP penetrating into alumina ceramic/steel composite target. The penetration depths acquired by simulations are compared with test data, which show the simulation results are reliable. The dependent relations are given out between residual penetration depths, mass efficient factor, differential factor and ceramic tiles thickness both for simulation results and test data. The damage initiation and evolution in penetrating process are also showed. It demonstrates that the penetration-resisting performance of ceramic can be decreased greatly when the ceramic diameter is not enough big.
