摘要
In this study, nano-aluminum (nAl)/1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazacyclohexane (RDX)/nitrocellulose (NC) nested core-shell microspheres were fabricated by the coaxial-electrospray technique. The investigations on morphology properties and chemical heterogeneity demonstrate that RDX is integrated with nAl particles coated by NC utilizing the nested core-shell structure. The structure contributed to the improvement of combustion heat and laser ignition sensitivity of electrosprayed nAl/RDX/NC microspheres. Characteristic thermal behaviors were also produced due to the multi-layer structure. Analysis of the flame radiative intensity suggests that ignition properties of the microspheres could be attributed to the synergetic interface, which enhances thermal and mass transmission between each component and then reduces ignition delay.
