T1 - Modularized cluster analysis during manufacturing cell formation

N2 - Construction cellular model is the premise of cell formation (CF). Based on the thought of modular modeling, structured decomposition and adjustment of manufacturing resource was analyzed from physical and logical views. For resource decomposition, description of vertical scale and horizontal size was given; for resource adjustment, removing, adding, transferring, substituting and sharing operation in horizontal adjustment and cell deleting, composing/decomposing, substituting operation in vertical adjustment are analyzed. Against the problem of resource grouping, two typical resource cluster methods of group cell and flow type of cell were presented. Modularized cluster method is help to refine CF analysis, and can guide system proposal and algorithm design for individual project.
