摘要

To improve the static sealing performance of the metal high-pressure sealing ring and ensure the sealing effect of the HPD diesel engine pump body, based on the percolation theory and static sealing principle, uses finite element simulation analysis to study the influence of the micro-texture structure and distribution characteristics of the seal ring contact area on the sealing performance, and then design the distribution characteristics and geometric dimensions of the micro-texture of the seal ring under specific working conditions. Under given working conditions, it is determined that five circular arc cross-section micro textures are constructed on the surface of the pump cover. The micro-textures are respectively located at the center of the upper surface of the seal ring with a depth of 30 μm and a width of 200 μm, a distance of 0.3 mm from the center of the upper surface of the seal ring with a depth of 15 μm and a width of 220 μm, and a distance of 0.7 mm from the center of the upper surface of the seal ring with a depth of 3 μm and a width of 260 μm. The designed micro-texture can significantly increase the local contact pressure value without reducing the effective contact width, thereby improving the sealing performance of the high-pressure contact zone. It is found that the presence of micro-texture will significantly increase the peak contact pressure on both sides of the micro-texture, and it does not affect the contact pressure distribution in other contact areas. Compared with other cross-sections, the micro-texture of the profiled section has the best performance. As the depth of the micro-texture increases, the peak contact pressure increases, but the greater the change in contact pressure, the contact state will be unstable. With the increase in width, the peak contact pressure decreases, but the smaller the change in contact pressure, the contact state will be more stable. The contact state of multiple micro-textured seal rings is improved to a certain extent relative to a single micro-texture.
