摘要

Nanometric ferromagnetic metal-semiconductor matrix Fe-In2O3 granular films are fabricated by the radio frequency sputtering. The lattice structure and dimension effect of the nanometer-sized Fe particles in granular films have been studied. The result shows that the lattice deformation of the nanometer-sized Fe particles occurs in Fe-In2O3 granular films, which causes the enlargement of the atomic separation of Fe particles with the decrease of particle dimension. The specific saturation magnetization (MS) and Curie temperature (TC) of the nanometer-sized Fe particles decrease with the decrease of particle dimension, and the causes are explored and analyzed.
