摘要

1.3μm all-solid-state lasers have great important applications in the fields of fiber communication, medicine and laser color display. In this paper, a LD end-pumped Nd:GdVO₄ slab laser with a flat-concave stable cavity at 1342nm was demonstrated. Under the pumping power of 132W, 25W CW laser was obtained with the slope efficiency of 23%.
