IR detector real-time optical alignment system based on image direct feedback

摘要

As the pixel size of new generation of infrared detector is decreasing continuously, the optical assembling precision of IR detector is increasingly becoming the key issue of the system performance, which is especially important for remote optical sensing system. Combined with the practical requirements of optical assembling, a method based on real-time detecting corporative object imaging features is proposed, which directly takes the detector imaging result as feedback calibration information, and calculates the related features of corporative objects including dot, cross and circular imaging objects separately to generate the judging criterion for six-dimension alignment. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, a high precision six-dimensional adjusting platform and related imaging information feedback circuit based on DSP were designed, and experiment was carried out. The experimental results show that the proposed method adopts local optimum judging means and can realize optical assembling adjustment in six-dimensional directions nicely.
