摘要
Manufacturing and experimentally characterizing the featured PCB electrodes and shaped enclosure substrates have been of underestimated importance for nematic liquid crystals (NLC) based devices, in particular at higher-frequency millimeter-wave bands. This work demonstrates this with a tutorial on manufacturing oriented design, fabrication protocols, and measurement techniques of our pioneered NLC enclosure coplanar waveguide phase shifter at V band.
