Design of special vehicle torsion beam test terminal based on ZigBee and LabVIEW

摘要

In order to solve the problems existing in special vehicle torsion test, such as complicated wiring, worn current and poor signal-to-noise ratio, a wireless senor network system based on ZigBee is put forward. And designs of system construction and wireless gateway hardware and software are introduced. The wireless gateway enables the communication between ZigBee network and TCP/IP Ethernet. The upper computer is designed by using LabVIEW graphical language platform. Through it, the wireless senor network can be controlled and the status of the torsion is monitored. The result of practical test shows that this system possesses good stability and reliability, and it can be used in vehicle torsion test.
