Control of Residual Stress and Deformation of Aluminium Triplet Cylinder by Power Ultrosound Beam

摘要

In order to solve the problem of poor dimensional accuracy of components and low production efficiency caused by residual stress in the machining process of triplet cylinder, a method of using high-energy ultrasound to adjust and control the residual stress of components was proposed, so as to control the deformation of components and improve production efficiency. By measuring the residual stress distribution state of components at different stages, verify the reduction effect of high energy ultrasound on the mechanical residual stress of components, and finally analyze and count the key dimensions of components controlled by high energy ultrasound to determine the feasibility and reliability of this method for actual production. The results show that high energy ultrasound can effectively reduce the original stress of the blank and the residual stress caused by the processing stage, and finally obtain the components with fully qualified dimensional accuracy. This method plays an important role in the efficient production of this type of triplet cylinder.
