Composite Sparsity-Driven SAR Parametric Imaging for Rectangular Plate

摘要

The traditional synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging technology is usually based on the point scatterers (PSs) model, which cannot preserve the structural characteristics of the distributed targets in SAR imaging. To solve this problem, in this paper, a parametric model of the rectangular plate scatterers (RPSs) is utilized to characterize the scattering features of the distributed target. Then, ℓ1-norm representing point sparsity and total variation (TV) norm representing edge sparsity is introduced, which can provide critical priors for signal recovery. Finally, the composite sparsity-driven parametric imaging algorithm based on the alternative direction method of multipliers (CSPI-ADMM) is proposed to solve the imaging problem of lack of structure. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm through simulation experiments.
