摘要
The poling-history dependent effects of ferroelectric ceramics were investigated. The study was carried out by using a domain-switching model, which divides each 180° switching into two successive 90° switchings. The polarization and strain of polycrystalline ferroelectric ceramic subjected to cyclic electric loading were deduced only in two extreme energy cases, which include non-dissipation and full dissipation. It was observed that, in the non-dissipation case, the macroscopic polarization of a ferroelectric ceramic can be saturated as long as the magnitude of the applied electric field exceeds √2EC.
