摘要

Based on the average flow equation and the Ng-Pan turbulence model, this study established a mixed-lubrication model of radial sliding bearing considering wear and turbulence by adopting the mass-conserving boundary condition and the model was solved by the finite difference method. Under the condition of constant external load, the effects of wear and turbulence on oil film pressure, oil film thickness, axial position and friction coefficient were analyzed. The results show that wear significantly changes the distributions of oil film pressure and oil film thickness, resulting the increase of eccentricity ratio and the decrease of attitude angle, and has an important influence on the Stribeck curve of bearing. Under high-speed operating condition, turbulence reduces the maximum oil film pressure and eccentricity ratio of the bearing, and increases the minimum oil film thickness, cavitation zone, attitude angle, and friction coefficient. Wear and turbulence have a critical impact on the lubrication performance of the bearing, and the two together determine the lubrication performance of the bearing.
