气体添加对叶片泵输油过程压力脉动影响的数值研究

摘要

In order to study the influence of gas addition on the flow field and pressure fluctuation characteristics in pumps, the pure-oil and oil-gas two-phase flow in a vane pump was simulated through ANSYS_CFX, and the inlet gas void fraction in the two-phase condition was 1%, 0.5% and 0.1%,respectively.A total of 8 monitoring points were set up in the impeller and guide vane passage along the streamwise direction, and the characteristics of pressure fluctuation in time domain and frequency domain were analyzed.The results show that adding a small amount of gas has little effect on the pressure fluctuation in the impeller passage, but it can obviously inhibit the pressure fluctuation in the rear part of the guide passage, where the pressure fluctuation can be decreased by more than 50%. By analyzing the flow field of the two conditions, it is found that adding a small amount of gas can improve the pressure distribution in the pump and the vortex structure in the guide vane passage, and make the flow in the region more stable. The added gas will accumulate in the rear part of the guide vane, and the aggregation region is close to the vortex region. Moreover, the accumulated gas can absorb the pressure fluctuation energy in this region, and thus weaken the fluid pressure fluctuation.
