摘要

In recent years, the organic-inorganic hybrid metal halide perovskite has become one of the most attractive semiconductor materials due to its excellent optoelectronic properties. By introducing “chiral” molecules into metal halide perovskite crystal materials, “chiral metal halide perovskites” can be obtained. Chiral perovskites combine the excellent optoelectronic properties and chiral features of perovskites, resulting in unique optoelectronic functions such as circular dichroism (CD), circularly polarized luminescence (CPL), nonlinear optical (NLO) properties, spintronics, ferroelectricity, and chiral induced spin selectivity (CISS) effects. They have broad application prospects in fields such as optoelectronics, optical materials, photovoltaic materials and spintronics. This article reviews the research and development of chiral metal halide perovskites in recent years, including preparation methods, crystal structure, chiral generation mechanism, circularly polarized luminescence and circularly polarized light detection. In addition, the challenges in its development and research process were summarized, and its future development prospects were discussed. This has important theoretical significance for understanding the photoelectric properties and construction strategies of chiral metal halide perovskites, and provides ideas for the development and design of novel chiral metal halide perovskites.
