摘要
In order to optimize structure layout of solid rocket motor and improve accuracy of ground mechanical test,the response transmission characteristics and distribution law of solid rocket motor under landing shock load and random vibration load in the hang-up section were studied by means of finite element simulation method.The shock and vibration response spectra were analyzed and compared with the test data.The results show that under the landing shock in X direction,the change of the response in both axial and radial direction is less than 10%.Under the landing shock in Y direction,the response attenuates about 30% in axial and radial direction.Under the action of random vibration in X direction,the response changes little along the axis,but decays about 30% along the radial direction.Under the action of random vibration in Y direction,the response increases significantly by 1~2 times along the axial and radial direction,and the research conclusions can provide reference for adjusting and optimizing the loading mode and measuring point arrangement of the ground test.
