摘要

During the thermal vertical launching of the missile, the high-temperature and high-speed jet will have a strong impact on the surrounding structure, which will affect the stability and safety of the launching system.Exhaust conduction technology is one of the key technologies for achieving box-type vertical thermal launching. As an upstream mechanism that affects the generation of counter-jet, the geometry of the deflector directly affects the efficiency of the discharge of the jet and the versatility of the launching system.Therefore, based on the computational fluid dynamics method, the influence of different profile deflectors on the jet flow discharge and the environment inside the launching box were researched. The three-dimensional flow field model of a box-type double-mounted vertical heat-emitting system was established and meshed, and the grid independence was verified. The validity of the calculation model was verified by the scaling experiment.The results show that compared with the plane deflector, the arc deflector suppresses the upward discharge of the jet flow, and the pressure and temperature are lower under the impact of the jet flow. The phenomenon of reverse jet in the arc deflector is decreased, the environment inside the launching box is improved, and the thermal shock of the projectile structure is lower.
