Abstract

The article proposed an algorithm for vascular orientation detection based on Gabor filter. The vascular orientation can be detected by extracting the oriented feature points that were helpful to recognize and judge the key points on the coronary artery. The data about the feature points were necessary for three dimensional reconstruction of coronary artery. The algorithm also could reduce the time consumption for a large scale, and be suitable for the other kind of image.
