Usability evaluation of software store based on eye-tracking technology

Abstract

For finding and resolving interface navigation problems of software store, research is based on the cognitive theory, and uses eye-tracking technology in interface usability testing. This Study first discusses basic principles of eye-tracking test, which can provide foundation of experiment. Second, this study aims to measure the usability of the four software stores by testing effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. Finally, new design goals and design principles will be summarized from the software usability.
