The stress function of fuel on the shell of FAE warhead during launching

Abstract

By building up a mechanic model, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of FAE warhead shell are introduced in the paper, and a new design method is put forward. The paper indicates that when the fuel is over loaded, the lateral deformation of shell should not be ignored. This force and the axial force caused by the acceleration of over loading should be considered as an important reference in design of shell.
