Abstract

The dynamic test of dynamic of electrohydraulic servovalve is a hard nut to crack. The test system for dynamic characteristic of electro-hydraulic servo-valve is composed of no-load cylinder, acceleration sensor and displacement sensor, digital signal generator, power amplifier and computer. Computer and testing software realize the dynamic testing. Test curves are shown real time in the process, test results can be dealt with and printed online. The applications show the stability and reliability of the test system, demonstrates the correctness of the testing results, and proves the rationality and validity of the testing system.
