Abstract

Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the power battery safety performance evaluation index system is established. The thermal performance, electrical performance and mechanical performance of the first criterion layer are the most important factors which seriously affect the safety performance of power batteries. The sum of their weight coefficients reached 86.08%. In the secondary index layer, the weight coefficient of temperature resistance reached 13.11%, which was only lower than 18.69% of battery capacity and power. At the same time, the anti-vibration performance and waterproof performance are not negligible, and their weight coefficients have both reached 10.49%. This work has a certain guiding significance for the safety performance evaluation of power batteries.
