Abstract

The magnetic performance test methods of different electrical steel samples and the influence of different processing factors on the magnetic properties of electrical steel samples are explored in this paper, in order to improve the accuracy of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) simulation design. Firstly, the two magnetic performance test methods of Epstein frames test and ring specimens test are analyzed, and a simulation model is established based on the two kinds of experimental results, and the performance evaluation is carried out. Then, the influence of annealing and bonding on the magnetic properties is analyzed, and the performance evaluation based on the simulation model is carried out. Finally, the PMSM prototype is manufactured and tested to valadidate the analyazed results.
