Abstract

By the theoretical analysis of charge balance type I/F converter, the main factors of the I/F converter scale factor temperature drift is found out. For the scale factor temperature drift, a temperature compensation method of the converter based on BP neural network is put forward. Through the temperature compensation, the average temperature coefficient of the converter scale factor can be controlled within 0.5ppm/°C.
