N2 - To investigate the innovation strategies of ICT enterprises, this paper conducted Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) semantic topic analyses. Taking large ICT enterprises in China, the US, and Europe as representatives, the innovation strategies were compared. The results show that US and European firms conducted strategic innovation direction management earlier. However, Chinese firms have strong learning abilities and can quickly catch up. US and European firms are more effective in innovation quality control. Chinese firms have an advantage in innovation output maintenance. The results hold significant reference value in guiding the innovation strategies of ICT enterprises and government policy-making.
