Abstract

Two compounds with similar anion backbone, [Na2(H 2O)10(NH4)4][V10O 28] (1) and [Na2(H2O)10(NH 4)4] [V9MoO28] (2), are discribed. The anion of 1 is of decavanadate with normal structure, while the anion of 2 has a molybdenum atom mixing with four vanadinum atoms at certain positions in the similar backbone of the decanucleus structure. Crystal data for H 36N4O38Na2V10 (1): triclinic, space group P1̄, a = 0.86024(4) nm, b = 1.04561(5) nm, c = 1.12828(4) nm, α = 68.833(1)°, β = 87.158(1)°, γ = 67.065(1)°, V = 0.86665(7) nm3, Z = 1, Mr = 1255.71, Dc = 2.406g·cm-3, F(000) = 620, μ(Mo Kα) = 2.719mm-1. Crystal data for H36N4O 38Na2V9Mo (2): triclinic, space group P1̄, a = 0.86511(3) nm, b = 1.04549(5) nm, c = 1.12446(5) nm, α = 69.071(1)°, β = 87.145(1)°, γ = 66.982(1)°, V = 0.86951(6) nm3, Z = 1, Mr = 1300.71, Dc = 2.484g·cm-3, F(000) = 639, μ(Mo Kα) = 2.802mm -1. CSD: 1, 413132, 2, 413133.
