Abstract

The new low-temperature molten salt based on LiTFSI with acetamide has excellent thermal stability and electrochemical properties. A composite polymer electrolyte was prepared by dipping high strength porous-rich polypropene film in LiTFSI-acetamide molten salt. The conductive behavior of this CPE had been evaluated by using AC impedance spectroscopy, and the electrochemical window by cyclic voltammetry. This CPE exhibited not only outstanding thermal stability, but also higher ionic conductivity. The conductivity of CPE is 0.27×10-3 S/cm at 25°C and 1.46×10-3 S/cm at 60°C.
