Abstract

Recent developments of investigation into properties of 3D braided composites at home and abroad are summarized in which the experimental and theoretical investigations are included. The structure and preparation process of three-dimensional braided composites are discussed, the status of the three-dimensional woven structure based on friction materials studies are described, some of the results of the present study are summarized, and the future research trends are prospected.
