Abstract
A double-level game model among the participants in oil mobilization is established by using the principal-agent model and non-cooperative game analysis paradigm based on the game theory. The balanced state among the multi-agent game models is determined. Some feasible suggestions are proposed to optimize the process of oil mobilization as efficiently as possible.
