Research on the combination model of China’s emergent oil trade mobilization

Abstract

Emergent oil trade involved a country’s economic security and stability. This paper discussed the problems of foreign oil trade under emergency. In order to solve the problems efficiently, this paper presented a combination model of China’s foreign emergent oil trade. First, it analyzed the situation of China’s foreign oil trade and the needs of foreign emergent oil trade. Second, it provided the mobilization combination model according Markowitz portfolio model. Finally, using the data of China’s foreign oil trade it verified rationalization of the model. The analysis on China’s foreign oil trade under emergency indicates that China should investigate and analyze the potential mobilization resource, explore oil import sources, accelerate the construction of oil trade mobilization centers, reduce trade cost, carry out international energy cooperation to promote the capability of China’s foreign emergent oil trade mobilization.
